Could the human body be thought of as a resource for renewable energies? And if so, what would be the consequences? Is this the way out of the environmental and economic dilemma, the beginning of a new collective thought or would this only result in new forms of exploitation and violence?
The „human power plant“ is a fictionalized idea that is intended to provide food for thought about the extent to which responsibility can be assumed collectively in the fight against resource scarcity. How can these problems be thought of in direct relation to body politics? Among other things, it is about the question of how we want to understand work in the future, to what extent social responsibility and participation could gain relevance instead of self-realization.
